This salon was MADE. for you by Makynna Cooper and Matilyn Casebolt. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment and luxury experience.

SALON POLICIES

cancellations

All clients must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule their appointment in order to avoid a fee.

50% of the service cost will be charged if a client notifies with less than a 24 hour notice. 100% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies the day of the appointment.

ARRIVING LATE

Due to our stylists busy schedules, if a client is 15 minutes late, they will be asked to reschedule and they will be charged 100% of their service cost. If a client no shows an appointment, 100% of their service cost will be charged and they will not be allowed to rebook until fee is paid.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

We ask that clients come alone to all appointments due to crowding and guests safety (this includes children). If you bring any additional guests, we will have to ask you to reschedule.
